Mullen and Baugh Construction Solutions was founded on a simple belief: build things the right way—and build relationships that last just as long.
While finishing their Building Construction Science degrees in college, Joseph Baugh and Cole Mullen knew they didn’t want to simply work in construction. They wanted to create a company that stood for quality, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship. In August of 2025, that vision became a reality.
From day one, our goal has been to deliver work we are proud to put our name on. We believe great construction starts with trust, clear communication, and doing exactly what we say we’re going to do.
